A range of hand operated bench mounted machines with small diameter rolls.
Designed for rolling thin gauge and soft material, they are particularly suited for the manufacturers of filters.
The material is formed around the top roll which is held in tension at one end. Upon removal of link arm the roll lifts upwards enabling the formed tube to be removed. The roll can then be without the need of adjustment thus making fast repetition work possible.

We are pleased to offer our range of model CS manual operated bending rolls.  These rolls are rugged in structure and built to operate on maximum capacities and will provide consistent profiles in keeping with metalworkers' expectations.  Minimum diameters average out at 1.5 x top roll dia. though you will appreciate much depends on width and thickness of work part and of course the material, i.e. mild or stainless steel, aluminium, etc., etc.

Introducing the RM range of power mechanical bending rolls.  These machines are ideal for 'every day' use in any workshop involved in the forming of cylinders.  This range covers heavier thickness ie., 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm.  All models have  roll speed of 6 rpm, and solid cast frame ends ensure no flexing or movement, particularly when working on maximum capacity.
