The model B5 - 5 station rollforming machine comes complete with Autoguide flanging attachment as standard.  Cap: 0.5 - 1mm mild steel.  Standard equipment comprises of : Pittsburgh Double Lock Rolls,  Double Seam Rolls,  Autoguide Flanging attachment.

CMZ  Flangers are built with rugged external fabrications.  The internal Workings (rolls, shafts, etc.,) are produced on CNC machining centres, and are rated up to machine tool standards, for accuracy and tolerance, which we believe gives the customer a vastly superior product and “value for money”.  A further advantage of these machines is the standard provision of “Autoguide flanging”.  This feature automatically controls the forming of flanges, and the power flanger automatically follows straight or curved  edges.  This is advantageous where there maybe a lack of skilled operators.

All CMZ  Rollformers are rugged in exterior build and design, and have CNC produced interior components rating them alongside machine tools for accuracy and tolerance.

The PF 7 is supplied with Pittsburgh rolls on the inboard side enabling the user choice of alternative forms (double seam, right angle flanging, hem rolls etc) - see options available on reverse.  Please note each roll is offered to cover the minimum thickness for each form.
