CNC Version—For the customer looking for additional refinements, the CNC version offers a CNC LCD touch screen controller, for power go-to back gauge - power blade gap adjustment and power cutting length adjustment. The crowning feature of the CNC machine is the inclusion of a pneumatic rear sheet support for thin materials.

Here we have another addition to the CMZ stable of fabricating machines, namely the CMZ model - AOS-50/16 Air operated guillotine shearing machine. Many users of guillotines are unable to use 'Environmentally Unfriendly' equipment like electrically powered machines, and have to resort to treadle or manual shearing. These conditions can now be overcome by this CMZ machine.

This is an economically priced circle cutting shearing machine designed purely for disc cutting. Being a low cost tool, purely for disc cutting, there would be distortion in the off cuts produced. This machine will produce good discs on diameters from 150—1000mm in m.s. up to 1mm thick.
