A range of hand operated bench mounted machines with small diameter rolls. Designed for rolling thin gauge and soft material, they are particularly suited for the manufacturers of filters. The material is formed around the top roll which is held in tension at one end. Upon removal of link arm the roll lifts upwards enabling the formed tube to be removed. The roll can then be without the need of adjustment thus making fast repetition work possible. Click here to view the full specification |

We are pleased to offer our range of manual operated bending rolls. These rolls are rugged in structure and built to operate on maximum capacities and will provide consistent profiles in keeping with metalworkers' expectations. Minimum diameters average out at 1.5 x top roll dia. though you will appreciate much depends on width and thickness of work part and of course the material, i.e. mild or stainless steel, aluminium, etc., etc. |

The series 31 range are a medium duty range and having three asymmetrical rollers with pre-bending enables complete accurate forming of cylinders. The asymmetric arrangement requires the overturning of the sheet or plate. This range is for the heavier duty work and will prove excellent “work horses” for work in the most arduous conditions. As can be seen the range is extensive, and well supported by several standard features. There are also numerous options by way of extras, we are at your service for any help or advice needed in this aspect.
Features: - Central powered rollers (rotation wise)
- Motorised raising and lowering of side roller
- Self brake motor
- Centralised lubricating unit.
- Separate electric control panel
- Electrical equipment housed in a suitable control cabinet
- CE standard electrical and safety protection.

The Q41 range featured, being 4 rolls, allows flat ends to be eliminated, output is also considerable increased especially by using the four roll as a back gauge, this saves two operators time as one operator can simply feed sheet into fourth roll to indicate amount of material being required.
Features: - Central Powered rollers
- Release and lifting of top roller by console control.
- Raising & lowering of the side rollers through worm reduction gears.
- Reduction gears in oil bath
- Self-brake motor (excluding modesl Q411-Q412)
- Separate electric control
- Electrical equipment housed in a suitable control cabinet.
- Safety measures to CE specifications
