We are pleased to present a superior range of hydraulic folders.  The range working widths are 1320 - 2500 - 3200 and up to a maximum thickness of 6mm mild steel (tensile 40-42 kg mm2 or stainless steel in the appropriate thickness 50-52 kg mm2.  The max. stainless steel 50% m.s. thickness.

These folders carry out the basic requirement of "clamping" "folding" "releasing" by the hydraulic system.  From there on the production requirement is governed by the angle of bend(s) and the final shape and size of the bend article (s).  With this in mind we offer "A"  "S"  and "D" which read as follows.

TYPE A - (Non NC) Offers quick action MANUAL angle setting via a calibrated dial located on the side of the machine. The back stop is manual "push pull" backgauge.

TYPE B - (Partial NC) is designed to control the clamp and release of the clamping beam (2 rams) plus control of the "up and down" of the folding beam (2 rams)  The backstop is a manual "push pull" backstop.

TYPE C - (NC Controlled) This is a combination of options 1 and 2 plus a programmable AC servo driven backgauge on ball screws and precision THK guides.  This will enable the operator to programme required angle and backgauge dimensions giving full CNC control.
