Designed to perform in the most demanding of environments

This machine is built from rigid steel plate weldments to withstand the applied pressing forces.

The press brake controls (pendant control panel) is conveniently located at the right hand side of the machine in the immediate reach of the operator.  Electrics are 3 phase 50 hz/420 volts with low voltage at the controls for safety.

  • Motorised backgauge with tiltable fingerstops
  • Selector switch for single or auto cycle operation of the beam
  • Dwell time adjustment
  • Gauge and adjustable pressure switch allowing simple control of tonnage settings.

Magnetic squaring arm Print E-mail

Designed as a guide for bracket work on press brakes. Left hand version illustrated below.

  • Drastically reduces set-up time
  • Supplied complete with angle attachment for those most awkward jobs with tapered flanges
  • Available with the squaring arm position to the left or right hand side of the stainless steel platform
  • No clamping required - fixes instantly to the front of the die using a strong magnet
  • Both sides of the squaring arm can be used at the same time (ideal for handed components)
  • Repositioning of top punches less likely - no clamps to clear in the die area.
